Premier Concierge Service
Some individuals have multiple or complex medical problems that require frequent communication with specialists, frequent dosage changes of medication, or frequent blood draws. When patients find it hard to physically leave their home their medical care tends to suffer. It may become very taxing to keep on top of all the medications, therapies, and appointments. Some patients may not have anyone available to ask questions and advocate for them.
Adelman Health’s Premier Concierge Service makes each patient a number one priority, providing as much time as needed for the patient to receive the best care. We are available 24/7 for emergencies for our concierge patients, even during nights and weekends!

How does Premier Concierge Service work with Medicare?
Medicare does not pay doctors, NPs, or PAs for certain services such as coordinating care for a patient in the hospital or rehab if another provider is seeing them there. They also pay very little for certain procedures such as drawing blood, flu shots, or foley catheter insertion. They pay less for a home visit than an office visit, and travel time is not included in payment. Therefore, most providers do not office house calls. In order to have house calls, we require our patients to sign up for our Premier Concierge Service, and the monthly fee covers our travel time and allows us to be available to you when needed. Our staff sets aside extra time for each patient to ensure all aspects of the patient’s care are attended to.
How much does Premier Concierge Service cost?
$2000 per calendar month, due for the first month on the date of sign up and for all subsequent months on the same date as sign up. There is a minimum 3 month commitment for all new patients.
The monthly fee may be paid in advance of the due date via cash, check, Zelle, or credit card.
What if I want to cancel?
As soon as you request cancellation in writing (email or letter) you will not be charged any further monthly fees. Any fees that have already been paid will not be refunded. Please keep in mind there is a 3 month minimum to sign up for concierge.
What if I want a home or hospital visit outside your service area?
At this time we are only servicing the Rockland County, NY area and do not make visits to the hospital.
